APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE AND A PHYSICAL COPY WITH SEALED OFFICAL TRANSCRIPT AND RECOMMENDATION LETTERS BE DELIVERED TO THE LILAC FESTIVAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN 5PM ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH, 2026.
NOTE: Only the Ambassador chosen by her school is to fill out and submit forms. If you have any questions, please email royalty@spokanelilacfestival.org.

The items below with the pen logo are forms that require signatures from you and your parent/guardian. The agreement requires an additional signature from your school counselor.

Your recommendation letters and transcript will be part of the physical packet you turn into the Lilac Office. Please give the instructions below to your school counselor and those writing your recommendation letters.
