[Spokane, WA] – The Spokane Lilac Festival Association announces the award honorees of the 2023 Spokane Lilac Festival Armed Forces Torchlight Parade in the float, equestrian, and marching band categories.
The parade took place on Saturday evening, May 20, 2023. Judging took place throughout the day and during the parade.

The Lilac Gold Standard represents a high level of excellence. All bands in the parade, regardless of school or band size are eligible for this award. They are chosen by two expert band adjudicators.
