APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE AND A PHYSICAL COPY WITH SEALED OFFICAL TRANSCRIPT AND RECOMMENDATION LETTERS BE DELIVERED TO THE LILAC FESTIVAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN 5PM ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18TH, 2024.
